Where Our Content Comes From

Images and information about the camping and caravan spots on Stay Camp are compiled from community contributions (user uploads), submissions by place owners, and open data sources. Since it is not always possible to verify the copyright status of every single piece of content on our platform, we provide an easy way for rights holders to reach us.

02

How to Submit a Notice

If you believe an image or other content on Stay Camp is being used without your permission, contact us with the following information:

  • The full URL of the page where the content appears
  • A clear description or an original copy of the content
  • Documents or evidence proving your ownership (original file, publication date, license document, etc.)
  • Contact details where we can reach you
  • A good-faith statement declaring that you believe the content is used without authorization and that the information you provided is accurate
03

Takedown Commitment

Content subject to a valid notice is removed from publication and from our systems within 48 hours of receiving the notice. Removal of content does not constitute acceptance of the asserted claim on our part; we are not a party to disputes between our users and rights holders.

04

Repeat Infringement and Abusive Notices

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated. Likewise, anyone who knowingly submits a false or bad-faith copyright notice is liable for any damages arising from that notice.

05

Licensing and Permission

If you would like to allow your content to remain on Stay Camp or discuss licensing terms, you can reach us through the same contact channel.
