Welcome to Camp Caravan ("Application") services. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and HiThemes ("Company") by downloading, registering or using the application. By using the application, you unconditionally accept these terms.

• You are responsible for the security of the account you create to use the application.
• You should not share your account information (username, password) with third parties.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in suspicious situations or in case of violations.

4. User Generated Content (UGC)

Campground reviews, photos and comments ("Content") you share within the application are your responsibility.

• You must ensure that the content you share does not violate copyrights.
• Illegal, misleading or offensive content may be removed by our moderation team.
• By uploading content to Camp Caravan, you grant us the right (license) to use it for improving and promoting the service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, logo (Camp Caravan) and source code of the application are the property of HiThemes. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

While the application offers basic features for free, it may require a paid subscription for some advanced features. Subscription terms are clearly stated on the purchase screen. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the rules of the store where you made the transaction (App Store / Google Play).

7. Changes

HiThemes reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Important changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
